new construction + REMODELS

We thrive on partnerships with developers and homeowners on ground-up new construction as well as mid- to large-scale remodels. Our goal is to design into every detail with budget and schedule in mind to build a stunning finished home.

We start our design process by gathering imagery with our clients and building a concept board along with some preliminary sketches to illustrate rough ideas in the Schematic Design phase. We take this a step further in Design Development with the exciting process of pulling together all of the materials - finishes, lighting, plumbing, hardware, cabinetry, millwork, paint selections and all exterior architectural elements. All of these selections, plus the completed plans and elevations are finalized in Construction Documentation. Depending on the scope of your project, some of these steps are simplified.

For some remodels, and with every ground-up new construction project, we work in tandem with an architectural team. We are happy to recommend our favorite building partners, and we can help work through the process of understanding your bids and estimates. It’s ideal for us to stay involved through construction administration with site visits and team meetings to make sure the design takes shape with accuracy and quality, however not all building partners or clients will require this involvement.

Interior Decoration

While the focus of our practice is designing the build-out of interior spaces, we are happy to extend our services into furnishings in tandem with a remodel or new construction project to help our clients finish their newly constructed space with thoughtful detail. Furniture planning & selection, both vintage and new, along with artwork, window treatments and textiles make a space fully complete.
